What’s Included:
Kitchen:
● Counters and backsplash wiped
● Sink scrubbed + polished
● Exterior of appliances cleaned (stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher)
● Cabinet fronts spot-cleaned
● Tables and reachable surfaces wiped
● Floors vacuumed/mopped
Bathrooms:
● Toilets scrubbed + sanitized
● Shower/tub cleaned
● Sinks + counters cleaned
● Mirrors shined
● Fixtures spot-polished
● Floors vacuumed/mopped
Bedrooms / Living Areas:
● Dusting of reachable surfaces
● Light tidying (straightening pillows, surfaces)
● Mirrors/glass (as needed)

General:
● Trash emptied (if bins are accessible)
● High-touch areas sanitized (light switches, door handles)
Not included in Standard Clean (but available as add-ons):
Inside oven, inside fridge, interior cabinets, heavy buildup restoration, wall washing, baseboards detailed by hand, blinds deep clean, interior windows, laundry, dishes.
Cancellations / Rescheduling
Rescheduling must be requested with reasonable notice. Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations/no-shows (include your exact window if you want—ex: 48 hours).

Vacuum Policy (Using Client Vacuum)
Client Vacuum Requirement For Standard Cleanings, we ask clients to provide a working vacuum (corded or cordless is fine). This helps us:
● Maintain consistent results on your flooring type
● Reduce cross-home contamination
● Move efficiently through your service
* If you do not have a vacuum: select the add-on “Vacuum Provided” in the form (limited availability / fee may apply).

Deposit Policy – Standard Cleaning
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your Standard Cleaning appointment.
● The deposit is applied toward your total service cost.
● Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
● Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.
Remaining balance is due on the day of service.
